Send a ticket. Hold 50,000 $MATCHSPLIT and stake 0.002 ETH or more. Your ticket takes the next number. The round clock starts with ticket #1 and runs 30 minutes.
The pass pairs by entry order. 1 v 2, 3 v 4, 5 v 6. Nobody picks a pair, not even us.
The bigger stake takes the smaller. It gets its own stake back plus the smaller stake, less 2% of the stake it took. Equal stakes: both refunded. An odd last ticket: refunded in full.

#2 paid 0.0098 to #1 and 0.0002 to the cut. #3 paid 0.0049 to #4 and 0.0001 to the cut. Winnings wait in the contract until you claim them.
